The biggest debate among Star Wars fans about the new movie The Force Awakens, is whether or not it should be called Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker. While some people feel like it's going to be just a rehash of the original trilogy and doesn't hold any new things that fans can get excited about, others think that the title just means that there is going to be another installment in the main Star Wars saga that is also called Star Wars: The Rise of Jedi.
Some fans were confused by the different names and have even wondered what will happen when the trilogy ends. Well, don't worry because I've got the best news you've probably heard yet. For the second part of the saga called Star Wars: The Rise of Jedi, the story will be told from the point of view of young Luke Skywalker.
We've been hearing for a while that he was still around and we've seen him interact with Rey, but this time around he will be playing a major role in The Force Awakens. He'll be in Jakku looking for the missing Jedi Master Yoda and while he's doing that he's going to be getting into some trouble because of his reckless spirit and the fact that he didn't receive proper Jedi training.
I'm assuming that Yoda has since passed away and Obi-Wan Kenobi isn't around either, so what will the Jedi Master Luke Skywalker do next? Well, he will still be the best in the galaxy and the most powerful Force-sensitive of all, but he will need help from other individuals to protect the galaxy from the dark side and beyond.
Once again, the Rise of Jedi is going to begin as Luke is still having visions of a vision that would have the Empire fighting the Rebel Alliance. This time he gets wind of the fact that the Empire is building a Death Star and he wants to stop it so he sets out to do it with the help of Rey.When the Rise of Jedi comes to an end, Luke will see that the emperor has finally built his weapon and he will find out that he can't really stop the Death Star with his force powers alone. Instead, he has to call on the power of the dark side of the force to defeat it.
And when it comes to the second part of the Rise of the Jedi series, all fans have to do is wait and see if Lucasfilm makes a statement about whether or not it's going to be referred to as Star Wars: The Rise of Jedi or Star Wars: The Rise of Force. However, I'm not too worried because we know that the movie isn't actually going to be about the character named Luke Skywalker, but rather the movie is going to be told from the point of view of the character that we're now calling Rey.
So far, all we've heard about the movie is that it's going to be called Star Wars: The Rise of Jedi. But we won't really know until after the movie comes out.
